Terms of Use
1. WELCOME
DARDINO is an independent Moroccan online gaming platform offering free multiplayer games to Moroccans in Morocco and around the world. For privacy questions or support, contact info@dardino.com.
DARDINO is operated by Nourddine Elmamoune, based in the United Kingdom. DARDINO remains the public-facing name of the website and games.
These terms explain the rules for using the DARDINO website and games.
2. PLAYING GAMES
DarDino offers private multiplayer rooms. Players can create a room and share its code with friends or family. Other players can join automatically with a valid code, subject to room capacity and game rules. There is no public matchmaking or public room directory in the initial release. Share codes only with people you trust.
3. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
DarDino aims to provide a family-friendly gaming environment. Younger children can play as guests without registering. Parents and carers are encouraged to supervise younger players and help them choose suitable nicknames. Everyone must treat children and other participants respectfully.
4. ACCOUNTS AND GUESTS
Registered players are responsible for their account credentials. Guests do not need to provide an email address or password. Players must not impersonate others or put private contact details in nicknames. Accounts may be suspended or removed to address serious misuse, subject to applicable rights and legal requirements.
5. ROOMS AND HOST CONTROLS
The person creating a room is generally its initial host. Available host controls depend on the game. Room codes should only be shared with trusted people, and a room code does not guarantee everyone joining is known or trustworthy.
6. BEHAVIOUR AND FAMILY SAFETY RULES
Be kind, play fairly and respect other players. Do not bully, threaten, harass or discriminate; use abusive, sexually explicit or offensive names; disclose another person's private information; impersonate others; cheat or exploit vulnerabilities; disrupt games; attempt unauthorised access; or use DarDino for unlawful or harmful activities. Children should avoid sharing their real name, address, phone number or email and should tell a trusted adult if something makes them uncomfortable. We may take proportionate action against misuse.
7. COMMUNICATION AND PROFILE PICTURES
Some games offer public room chat or live microphone communication. Other participants may hear or read what you share. Do not post private contact details, images of children, or offensive content. Profile images and avatar options vary by game and account; use them responsibly.
8. GAME AVAILABILITY
Games may be interrupted by network problems, maintenance or technical faults. Progress may not always be recoverable after disconnections or restarts. We may maintain, improve or temporarily suspend features when reasonably necessary.
9. REPORTING PROBLEMS
To report inappropriate behaviour, technical issues or security concerns, email info@dardino.com with the game name, approximate time and a brief description. Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal information, especially about children.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DarDino's original branding, designs and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
11. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
12. RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS
Players are responsible for using DarDino lawfully and respectfully. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer protections.
13. CHANGES
We may update these terms when the service changes and give appropriate notice of material changes where required.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applicable to players elsewhere.
